For buyers of stretch wrap film, and for Indian manufacturers who want to supply them.

For buyers

Buying stretch film through Zradona.

What is Zradona?

Zradona is a facilitator for stretch wrap film, based in Delhi, India. It introduces bulk buyers overseas and across India to Indian stretch film manufacturers and facilitates the sale. Zradona is not a party to the sale: the contract, invoice, goods and liability sit between the buyer and the supplier, and Zradona earns a commission from the supplier.

What is stretch wrap film?

Stretch wrap film, also called pallet wrap, is a thin, stretchable plastic film wrapped tightly around palletised goods to hold the load together for storage and transport. The main grades are hand film, machine film, pre-stretch film and blown film.

How do I import stretch film from India?

Send Zradona one spec, compare quotes from Indian manufacturers on FOB or CIF terms, then contract with and pay the manufacturer you choose directly. The manufacturer is the exporter of record and ships to you; Zradona introduces you and facilitates the sale but is not a party to the sale.

Does Zradona charge buyers?

No. Zradona is free for buyers. You pay the manufacturer's price for the goods. The manufacturer pays Zradona a commission once you have paid for the order.

Who do I sign the contract with?

The manufacturer. It is the seller and exporter of record: it quotes, signs the sales contract, issues the invoice and ships to you. Zradona is a facilitator: it introduces you and facilitates the sale, but it is not a party to the sale. The contract, invoice, goods and liability sit between you and the manufacturer.

Will I speak to the manufacturer?

Yes. For first orders, the manufacturer joins the buyer call (for example on Zoom), so you deal with the manufacturer directly. You can also ask for samples or a live view of the production line.

What grades and gauges of stretch film are available?

Hand film, machine film (including power pre-stretch grades), pre-stretch film and blown film, in cast or blown. Most-ordered gauges are 17, 20 and 23 microns, with 25–30 microns for heavy or sharp-edged loads. Other gauges, widths, cores, colours, UV-resistant and vented film are available on request.

What should I include in my request?

Grade, cast or blown, thickness in microns, width, core size, roll weight or length, quantity and delivery country and port or city. If you are not sure, tell us what you wrap and how, and we will help you write the spec.

FOB or CIF: which delivery terms do you offer?

FOB or CIF, and only those two. FOB means free on board at Mundra or Nhava Sheva, where you book the freight; CIF means cost, insurance and freight to your named port, booked by the manufacturer. For orders within India, the manufacturer confirms delivery to your city in its quote.

Who arranges shipping and logistics?

Shipping and logistics are arranged by the supplier and its freight forwarder, not Zradona. Under CIF, the supplier books the freight and minimum insurance to the destination port you name. Under FOB, the supplier delivers the goods on board at Mundra or Nhava Sheva and you or your forwarder book the ocean freight. The supplier confirms the shipping details in its quote.

What are the payment terms?

You pay the manufacturer directly, by letter of credit (LC) at sight or by an advance with the balance against shipping documents, as agreed in the contract. Zradona does not collect or hold buyer payments.

Who inspects the goods, and who pays for it?

An independent pre-shipment inspection, booked at your request before the container is loaded. The inspection is at the buyer's cost.

What does Zradona's basic screening cover?

Before a manufacturer quotes, Zradona carries out a basic screening: GST and IEC where provided, factory and product details, and a video walkthrough of the factory over Zoom. It is not a guarantee of quality or performance, so we recommend samples and an independent pre-shipment inspection, at the buyer's cost, for first orders.

What is the minimum order?

Orders typically start from about US$10,000 in value, for export or within India. Larger orders, up to full containers or truckloads, are welcome.

Do you serve buyers in India?

Yes. We serve bulk buyers across India, including ceramic and tile makers in Morbi and warehouses and packaging distributors in Bhiwandi, with full-truckload orders.

For suppliers

Supplying buyers through Zradona.

Who can become a supplier?

Stretch film manufacturers in India making hand, machine, pre-stretch or blown film. Export experience helps but is not required: domestic-only manufacturers can supply buyers across India.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no sign-up fee, no listing fee, no subscription and no charge for RFQs that don't convert. Zradona earns a commission only when a buyer it introduced orders from you and pays.

How much is the commission?

Typically 4–10% of the order value, plus 18% GST, calculated on the FOB value even when the buyer orders CIF: 8% on the first order from a new buyer, up to 10% for specialty or small-lot orders, 6% for standard repeat orders and from 4% for large repeat or domestic volume orders. Commission is paid once the buyer pays, and it also applies to repeat orders from buyers Zradona introduces. The commission terms are set out in a short, plain-language Supplier Agreement signed when you join.

Do you charge commission on my existing customers?

No. Commission applies only to buyers Zradona introduces to you, including their repeat orders.

Who quotes, contracts and exports?

You do. You set your price and payment terms, sign the contract with the buyer, issue the invoice and export directly, on FOB or CIF terms, as the exporter of record. For first orders you join the buyer call (for example on Zoom), so the buyer deals with you directly. Zradona is a facilitator and not a party to the sale: the contract, invoice, goods and liability sit between you and the buyer.

What happens after I apply?

We reply by email to arrange your basic screening: we check your GST and IEC where provided and your factory and product details, and do a video walkthrough of your factory over Zoom. After that, you start receiving matched, spec-complete RFQs.
