Zradona (zradona.com), 8625 Ground Level, Gaushala Marg, New Rohtak Road, Delhi 110006, India, introduces bulk buyers of stretch wrap film to Indian manufacturers. We are responsible for the details you send us, and this notice explains what we do with them. By sending a form or message, you agree to this use.
What we collect
- Quote form (buyers): your name, work email, company, delivery country and port or city, film type, quantity and spec, and FOB or CIF.
- Supplier form (manufacturers): company name, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, factory location, what you make, and, if you add them, your monthly capacity and markets.
- Anything else you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
To block spam, the forms keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for 10 minutes.
Why we use it
- To reply to you.
- To arrange introductions between buyers and suppliers, and to follow up on them.
Who sees it
- Zradona.
- For an introduction only: the relevant supplier (if you are a buyer) or the relevant buyer (if you are a supplier). We share only what is needed for that introduction.
- Our service providers, only to run our website and email (our web host and Microsoft 365).
We do not sell your data.
No trackers
The site uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts.
AI tools
We use Grok (Grok Bot), an AI assistant, to help us handle enquiries. It is the only AI tool that processes your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above. The full policy will set out exact retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you (access),
- correct it (correction), or
- delete it (deletion), or
- stop using it (withdraw your consent) at any time.
You can also name someone to act for you if you die or cannot act. Email us and we will reply within 30 days:
