Do I pay Zradona anything?
No. Zradona is free for buyers. The manufacturer pays us a commission once you have paid for the order.
Who is responsible for the goods?
The manufacturer. Zradona is a facilitator: we introduce you and support the deal, but we are not a party to the sale. The contract, invoice, goods and liability sit between you and the manufacturer.
Can I see the film before I order?
Yes. Ask for samples, or see the product and the production line on a live video call.
What is the minimum order?
Orders typically start from about US$10,000 in value, for export or within India. Larger orders, up to full containers or truckloads, are welcome.
FOB or CIF: which delivery terms do you offer?
FOB or CIF, and only those two. FOB means free on board at Mundra or Nhava Sheva, where you book the freight; CIF means cost, insurance and freight to your named port, booked by the manufacturer. For orders within India, the manufacturer confirms delivery to your city in its quote.
What are the payment terms?
You pay the manufacturer directly, by letter of credit (LC) at sight or by an advance with the balance against shipping documents, as agreed in the contract. Zradona does not collect or hold buyer payments.
Who inspects the goods, and who pays for it?
An independent pre-shipment inspection, booked at your request before the container is loaded. The inspection is at the buyer's cost.
What if I don't know my exact spec?
Choose "Not sure" and tell us what you wrap and how. We'll help you write the spec before anyone quotes.
